Benefits have been found that reflexology can aid the body’s natural healing process and bespoke treatments can be given to support with sleep, headaches and IBS among other ailments.
I have always been an advocate of reflexology having had treatments myself over the years and found that it had been my refuge when I felt unbalanced. I decided to train to become a reflexologist so that I can try to help others in the way that it has helped me. I have a daughter, so as a working mum I have realised that so many of us, myself included, unconsciously neglect our mental wellbeing, so I hope that through treatments with Sole Reflexology that I can support those who need some much needed ‘me time!’ .
